Production Info: 

Pin Production can take anywhere from 30 days to 6 months depending on the pin, it's quatity and size(the average production will usually 3-4 months). Please note that when buying a presale pin you are accepting to this timeframe. I will constantly be posting pin production updates on my Instagram so that my customers can be with me during production as well. 

There is a no resell policy until 60 days with my pins. If I catch you trying to resell this will put your chances of buying my pins at risk. However, trading is allowed.

Pre-orders will NOT be refunded.

COMMITMENT GROUP POLICIES: 

If you are joining a commitment presale group. You MUST pay when payment is due. If there are issues and you need an extension please contact me and we will work a way. I do not wanna chase you down for unpaid pins. It's not fair to me, the manufactories, or anyone else in the group.

IF YOU DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT CONTACTING ME, YOU ARE KICKED OUT OF THE GROUP IMMEDIATELY AND AT RISK OF BEING BANNED. 


Purchasing In hand pins with Preorder Pins:

Your order will ship once I have the preorder/presale pin in hand so that all pins will be shipped together!
